About Nisha Lee-Archibald

Nisha Lee-Archibald has twenty (20) years experience in marketing with multiple organizations in diverse industries. Her thorough understanding of the value of integrated marketing strategies and plans has fostered growth with the companies where she offered her expertise.

Nisha Lee-Archibald possesses a Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) from the University of New Brunswick with concentrations in Marketing and Human Resource Management and an Associate in Science Degree – Management (ADM) from the UWI School of Applied Studies. She has also attained professional qualification in Events Management from UWI School of Continuing Studies, Open Campus and Marketing Planning from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). She is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration with the Australian Institute of Business where she has already completed her Post Graduate Diploma.

Her professional experience included the management of major projects such as promotional campaigns, trade shows, corporate events and media management. She worked with Medcorp Limited in the capacity of Group Marketing and Public Relations Manager, which afforded her the experience of working within the Caribbean region, with the responsibility to organize corporate events and promotional activity in contries such as St. Kitts and Nevis, Barbados and Grenada. She also enjoyed the privilege of working with multinational corporations such as Microsoft Trinidad Limited where she served as a Public Relations/Customer and Partner Experience Country Coordinator which broadened her cultural acumen from the traditional business models to other business philosophies. This opportunity also allowed for an increase appreciation for technology and online services while opening up the new world of doing business through live meetings and video-conferencing.

Ms. Archibald’s excellent organizational and time–management skills have allowed her to thrive and be successful in a highly demanding environment. High degree of deadline-driven deliverables is the lifeblood that keeps her always on the ball, displaying productivity, commitment, adaptability, communication, initiative and follow-through.
